Whenever we think to put out feet in the market for sales or marketing job first question comes which is better?

So here we go......

Sales is one to one relationship typically seen in B2B business, now a days it's becoming more common. On other side marketing is one to many interaction such as campaign or promotion strategies.

Before we go inside into sales and marketing it's better to know and understand a buyer's journey, it's like how a lead become a customer, it's steps which they are taking and each step owned by sales and marketing, see the tunnel below some different things and work done by sales and marketing teams 😀

Sales is focused on increasing the availability and visibility of company's  products/services at maximum number of points. Where marketing us focused on generating awareness of company's  products in the mind of consumers.

Sales is responsible to maintain stock levels 

With different partners, because of that there will be no shortage of products in the market. Moving to marketing now which is following the the principal of 4 P's and it is responsible for market research and induce the customer to buy products by running attractive promotion and offers.

Here again sales places the products on retail shelves and marketing helps in tertiary sales of these products.

If marketing is a software which works in the background unseen but still showing performance then other end sales is a hardware where sales executive meet with different people in person, convence and motivate them to purchase products which communicated by marketing dept or people.

So here we go:

Let me simplify a few steps which may be helpful to understand about Chinese products we should or shouldn't boycott.

• We all are continuously using laptops, computers, mobile's, now ask yourself if you will break it then it's your loss because we already paid for it to China our money has gone for these electronic devices so no use to break it or not using it, please continue use it, it's your electronic goods.

• Now will think in a different way if we don't have all these devices so anyways we are planning to purchase it then before purchasing only we have to check it's manufacturers.

• If any product which made in china don't buy it only# boycott it, but think if it produced elsewhere may be in India, US, UK or any where else.  We can check it's investors also who all are investing in the same it could be any one ie US, China etc, but it's not meant that we will not buy any product in which China is investing, we can buy it because anyways the biggest part of the money is helping to develop our economy, China will get very little part of it.

Anyways we can not stop any country to invest 😁 it's a fact market is open for all to put money and earn profit👻!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

55,000 metric tonne of plastic waste was imported in India from Pakistan and Bangladesh for recycling purposes. Over 55,000 MT plastic waste is imported from Pakistan and Bangladesh combined. The import is taking place from more than 25 countries which include the middle east, Europe and the US.

Indian Pollution Control Association (IPCA) Chairman Ashish Jain said it was unfortunate that on the one hand the government was banning plastic and on the other, private companies were "slyly" bringing more plastic from outside. The reason why such a practice was prevalent was that plastic imported by the companies from abroad was segregated and cheaper than the plastic waste produced in India.

Work from home

In today's corona season most of the people are doing work from home. Initially when lockdown started "Life was so relaxed, like wake up late with bed tea☕ n login for office also quickly before time only so cool 😎  

But till 2nd lockdown that easy n smooth lifestyle become bored now all wanted to go out, wanted to do some parties, outing, 

long drives n etc but not possible 🤪 

Again back to daily busy routine where office work and health both are very much important. 

we started WFH and feeling better and smooth life now because of no tension of traveling, traffic, waiting for lift n etc. So there are some advantages and some disadvantages of it, let see 🙄

Advantages:

No traveling cost: we have to just seat at home and login, no need to travel.

Employees are getting work from home: means its a very good chance for them who all are facing difficulty in traveling, they are performing very well.

Happy, healthy n friendly environment:

Less traveling means less polution, it protects our planet.

Increased productivity:

Employees are too much motivated as no interruptions at home as compare to office where you have to work in open cubicle. So this peaceful environment helps you to do your work more productive without any disturbance.

• Now let's see Disadvantages :

Life# single to mingle# challenges

In day to day life we are facing a lot of challenges specially after marriage manage your work place and home together. Initially it goes so smuth like a fresh new start of a new chapter or nothing changed but slowly slowly it get converted into responsibility. Days goes like every morning 🌞 with preparing breakfast,lunch and get ready for work, again evening 😴 comes with log off n tea, snacks and than dinner ohhh god life is just running no time for your own what to do?????

Another new chapter comes child!!!!!!!!!!!!! so lovely 😍 and precious moment new life plays in your hands, ohhh feels like miracle happened than days started running again you have to do office work with child omg the biggest part of life that makes us so much busy not even thinking for ourself make up gone, breakfast!!!! @ time of lunch n no rest just run n run,,,,, hhhhhmmmm EOD decision comes like this is too much now I can't continue my job man 😭😒, it's damm horrible everyday life is just running like anything, So finally after some time decided to leave the job.

Another new chapter open now 24*7 active and busy lifestyle, first baby than house work and than if you have lil time for yourself than see your face in mirror. 

Than husband said why don't you try for online business anything like networking or tuter, hhhmm than mind started thinking thinking thinking finally got an Idea 😁

So now decided to do clothing business.

Initially contacted many wholesalers, shops and people but no luck, nothing worked, than finally got one wholesale dealer who help me to set up my business n started growing slowly, firstly started very small clothing store at home but very less people were aware only family and neighbours  again thought what to do for publicity of it!!!????  Than started sharing clothing images on groups, started talking to more people and started contacting with resellers, now feeling my business is on its track finally, started getting orders in bulk, it was very awesome moment when I was feeling that now all set for my future 😊 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It was going very smoothly but suddenly I meet with a new dealer who was ready to arrange all materials immediately but demanded extra amount for it, before that also I have deal with other people also but they never demanded and not even asked for this sort of deal, but I thought ok let's accept this deal will see whatever happens.......!!!!!

That dealer has given all the clothing material and said if you will not able to sale all those things you can return me and I will refund your money,  it was just an oral communication no proof, even I didn't think that time it's a big deal I have to take proof but because of trust as I was having on My other clothing dealers I didn't think that much and return my home and paid full amount whatever demanded. 

As much I can sale I did but some material left which no one was ready to buy, so I called that dealer while saying that this much left now Which I can't sale so I want you to take it and as we discussed you are going to refund the amount whatever extra, that dealer just ignored my thing and said how can I return you the money we didn't discussed anything like that you are going to pay me whatever material left with you or if you want you will purchase more, but I am not going to pay you anything, omg I just lost because I was feeling now it's going to over whatever I did my all efforts, my time, my money all my dreams with business is going to finish now, because I have faced this situation and that dealer first doesn't know the value of words, again days started running, I was calling again n again to that person but dealers replies was like I am out of town,I am busy, I don't have time again I called finally while saying whatever it is if you want to continue this business than lets meet, ups and downs are coming in every business but this is not done, you are not replying properly and not even ready to meet and close these all, so after some days finally we meet and I explained a lot to that person, showed that transactions details as well (thank god atleast that was available with me) so after 2 hours of discussion finally it sorted, too much arguments happened and finally that person realise and ready to refund my money and next morning I received the amount, ohhh god it was horrible this much loudly and strictly I never talked and this phase teaches me that never trust anyone in business without proof because in today's scenario all are just thinking for own profit "no value of words" in market, even if you are thinking to go through any small business also than first thing is proof it could be anything like on paper written agreement sort of thing or sms or messages or E-mail by the third person with whom you are dealing.

Now my business is going on will see how much it will grow and I hope again I and not any other person will face any money minded people.🤪
