Hi friends,

I would like to write about "Unemployment" today, as I have seen few smiley faces in surroundings so realized that maximum people are not getting jobs not because they are literate or illiterate but because of the system who is not following proper steps and not taking appropriate actions.

Students are coming from different streams & background with only one goal & dream "JOB" 

but only 10-20% of them are getting jobs in our country. Government job preparation also the biggest part of our life, each and every second people want to do govt job but LUCK is not good every time.

A fresher who is looking for job or A worker who recently quit or was fired and is looking for a job in an economy that is not experiencing a recession. It is not an unhealthy thing because it is usually caused by workers trying to find a job that is most suitable to their skills. when the skills set of a worker does not match the skills demanded by the jobs available, or alternatively when workers are available but are unable to reach the geographical location of the jobs.

ups & downs are coming in the market, jobs and market both are not in stable condition all the time.

Few point where System / Govt or management have to concentrate:

Biggest way / path is online world to get success:

Best way to encourage employment is Empower real skill sharing platforms where people from villages, tribal and remote areas can come up and share their knowledge & ideas. Promote solo entrepreneurs who are building small things but they are solving problems on a large scale, they have to take initiative and show it to world.

For example- If an educated person from a tribal area made something organic that could be used in substitute of anti-environment materials.I have seen people who have skills like writing, video editing, singing, designing, architecture, teaching etc but due to their job and jobless sort of world they know only 1 way of utilizing their skills.

These kinds of people should be exposed to real opportunities in the online world.Like we are living in lock down right now, we want to go outside have fun but stepping out of our house is limited. These hard moments are giving us the time for self-realization because after a while we have felt our world so still where we can talk to our inner self in real-time, no one knows there is a scientist in everyone who can do experiments and invent anything.

The same could be done to the resources that we are not utilizing because we don’t possess the right technology. In my opinion, and give startups and ignited minds the opportunities to create something better. I believe in less time if the money that is spent on importing those goods is given to the startups in the shape of fundings, we/ I/ Me/You can be the next SUPERPOWER in sometime.☺

If no options for money, we can start any zero investment business also, but dont get upset success is there after a short or long battle / struggle.
