Hi friends,

I would like to write about "Unemployment" today, as I have seen few smiley faces in surroundings so realized that maximum people are not getting jobs not because they are literate or illiterate but because of the system who is not following proper steps and not taking appropriate actions.

Students are coming from different streams & background with only one goal & dream "JOB" 

but only 10-20% of them are getting jobs in our country. Government job preparation also the biggest part of our life, each and every second people want to do govt job but LUCK is not good every time.

A fresher who is looking for job or A worker who recently quit or was fired and is looking for a job in an economy that is not experiencing a recession. It is not an unhealthy thing because it is usually caused by workers trying to find a job that is most suitable to their skills. when the skills set of a worker does not match the skills demanded by the jobs available, or alternatively when workers are available but are unable to reach the geographical location of the jobs.

ups & downs are coming in the market, jobs and market both are not in stable condition all the time.

Biggest way / path is online world to get success:

Best way to encourage employment is Empower real skill sharing platforms where people from villages, tribal and remote areas can come up and share their knowledge & ideas. Promote solo entrepreneurs who are building small things but they are solving problems on a large scale, they have to take initiative and show it to world.

For example- If an educated person from a tribal area made something organic that could be used in substitute of anti-environment materials.I have seen people who have skills like writing, video editing, singing, designing, architecture, teaching etc but due to their job and jobless sort of world they know only 1 way of utilizing their skills.

These kinds of people should be exposed to real opportunities in the online world.Like we are living in lock down right now, we want to go outside have fun but stepping out of our house is limited. These hard moments are giving us the time for self-realization because after a while we have felt our world so still where we can talk to our inner self in real-time, no one knows there is a scientist in everyone who can do experiments and invent anything.

The same could be done to the resources that we are not utilizing because we don’t possess the right technology. In my opinion, and give startups and ignited minds the opportunities to create something better. I believe in less time if the money that is spent on importing those goods is given to the startups in the shape of fundings, we/ I/ Me/You can be the next SUPERPOWER in sometime.☺

If no options for money, we can start any zero investment business also, but dont get upset success is there after a short or long battle / struggle.

I Want to discuss few things about importance of Insurance in our Life.
Sudden incidence, Health related risk, Life related risk, Home safety and many more, we are facing in day to day Life, so insurance plays the biggest part in it.

As we have to purchase any policy on very basic amount related to any thing it could be Health, Life, Vehicle or home, some of us are feeling it's just waste of money, some of us are thinking it's good to invest instead of taking risk of life by our own or may be others.

Insurance is a legal agreement between two parties i.e. the insurance company (insurer) and the individual (insured). In this, the insurance company promises to make good the losses of the insured on happening of the insured contingency.

As we all know about different types of Insurance companies and policies, only few People are taking Term Plan to secure their family future, but people must need this awareness about the protection of their family. Many of us are thinking why to buy term plans its just waste of money but its nothing like that term plans are having its different types, let see n discuss about Endowment  plans which is providing life long protection also and lump sum return also, People can invest their money in this plan because you have to pay EMI  only for 5-7 years after that till the of maturity of policy no need to pay EMI, you will get life protection/cover with covering your illness also and lump sum return also, It will applicable without death and death ( accidental or natural) both the condition. 

I will not say that Plane Term plan is not good, into another manner Term Plans are the best to secure your life and family because in this plan company is covering you and your family in case of critical illness disease condition also, into death condition in any manner it could be natural or accidental or illness. In this plan people will not get return after completion of policy but this protection only provided by the Term plan only not in any other plan.  In this plan if the insurer get dead in the duration of policy within 5 years of time, your EMI will wave off  and company will the left amount ,you will get this benefit only into term plan. 

Life Insurance 

The Most important benefit of Insurance is payment of losses, Insurance Policy is a shield to protect your family, Its  indemnify individuals and organizations for covered losses.  If you  will buy life insurance to make sure your dependents are financially secured in the event of your untimely demise. Life insurance is very important, if your family is heavily reliant on your income. Under life insurance, the policyholder’s family is financially compensated in case the policyholder expires or permanently disable during the term of the policy.

Again same form filling, payment, exam and no selection😑

too much money we are spending on this..... sometimes we are not even getting updates on the exams.

We will take only live example or we can say the true about Railway jobs it was last year RRB NTPC job opening was there thousands of people filled form for that only wid one dream this time at least Railway is giving jobs to non technical people also but god knows it's more than 1 year,,,,, exam date still need to declare by RRB and admit will release soon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Still people are waiting but why this kind of fraud ??????????

RRB NTPC  or any other Govt job:-

Charges to fill form is 850 minimum for general n OBC if 100000 candidates only fill that form so total amount will be 

 

100000*850= 85000000

Charges to fill form is 250 minimum or maximum may be 500 for ST & ST if 100000 candidates only fill that form so total amount will be 

100000*250= 25000000

Or

100000*500= 50000000

Amount comes in crores or may be more than that on each vacancy more than Lakhs of people are filling form and giving exam.

So we don't how many openings are fraud 😒 and still we are trying, applying and wasting our time and money both.

Govt is earning in millions from us through exam forms only, many people from us may be attempt exam and may be some not,,,, but money gone already to govt account, what exactly they are doing with this money just increasing their assets and still we people are waiting for our chance.

Every year thousands of vacancies are coming to show government's kindness and just making us fool. 

Now question comes...........

What to do ? 

Govt also showing bad faces to us. Just fraud and corruption everywhere,  people want to get govt jobs to secure their future but if this sort of thing will come again and again so instinct of securing future we will destroy our present. 

I hope govt will understand a normal person's situation and provide proper opening and selections.

The Great Recession

So here we are with a new chapter of our work-life "Recession" the global economic downturn that devastated the world financial markets as well as real state industries and all banking sector. 

It generally considered to be the longest period of economic decline. It's a great depression 😭for all and it's effect were definitely global in nature. The great recession was most pronounced in US.

15 September 2008, It was the unforgettable day in the worldwide history, this was moment when global financial stress turned into a full blown international 😱 emergency. 

It was all about an US bank " Lehman brothers" which caused recession. 

• Lehman Brothers had humble beginnings as a dry-goods store, but eventually branched off into commodities trading and brokerage services.
• The firm survived many challenges but was eventually brought down by the collapse of the subprime mortgage market.
• Lehman first got into mortgage-backed securities and CDOs in the early 2000s before acquiring five mortgage lenders.
• The firm posted multiple, consecutive losses and its share price dropped.
• Lehman filed for bankruptcy on Sept. 15, 2008, with $639 billion in assets and $619 billion dollars.
• The crisis led to increase in home 😑 mortgage foreclosure worldwide and caused millions of people to lose their jobs , life savings and their homes.

Before 12years ago the stunning implosion of Investment bank Lehman brothers 15 September 2008, there were no doubt to considered it as small fire in the mortgage sector.

Well Lehman filled for next step  bankruptcy after last affort to sell.

Generally banks and financial sectors did not always operate on high leverage. 

Early in 12th century it was still typical for banks to have equity equal to 25% of their assets, but banks equity levels declined to single digits, around 6-8% of their total assets in the US.

Bankers on US had developed a lucrative business of buying up the us mortgage of poor Americans, packaging them together with better quality mortgage and selling them on as essential risk free assets known as mortgage backed security.

It was the 4th largest investment bank in US.

Lehman had acquire 5 mortgage lenders including BNC and subprime lenders.

Lehman invested even more securitized mortgages over next few years.  It's big investment in mortgages made it especially

 vulnerable as the housing market started to crashe. Lehman brothers started to correct course but it was too late, it didn't have the capital cushion to absorb it's losses and it's stock price continue to plunge. 

Lehman was forced to fire for bankurpatcy on 15th September, 2008.

The firm held more then 600 billion in assets and it remains the largest bankurpatcy in us history.

Prime minister was in continues in tension and burden even more heavily on his shoulders as he faces dangerous Trinity of threats:-

- The distress caused slowing economy and the Chinese aggression on our borders.

The prime minister's popularity has soared to an unprecedented level.

Modi's personal popularity in MOTN polls has never been as high as is it now dispite the serious woes the country faces. What explains Modi's remarkable surge in popularity among the respondent dispite the ongoing crises? 

What is Modi's mantra for success? Friends,,,,can anyone suggest me anything related to this??????

Ayodhya Ram Mandir# emotions# happiness# profit# opposition reaction

 Emotions 

 Ayodhya nagari birth place of our lord Ram, a lot of acceptation and happiness are attached wid that place, temple and we were just waiting when this dream come true, finally that historical day came n "bhumi pujan" done for the SiyaRama's bhawan/ temple.

During excavation of the construction site a five-foot shivling seven pillars of black touchstone, six pillars of red sandstone and broken idols of Devi-Devtas were found. Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust, said that since 10 days the ground at the site was being levelled and that is when the ancient artefacts were discovered.

Politics:

The political, historical and socio-religious debate over the history and location of the Babri Mosque, and whether a previous temple was demolished or modified to create it, is known as the Ayodhya dispute. People opposed to this theory state that such claims arose only in the 18th century, and that there is no evidence for the spot being the birthplace of Rama.

History:

As per the history the Mughals demolished a Hindu shrine that marked the spot, and constructed a mosque in its place. The mosque was constructed during 1528-29 by Mir Baqi, a commander of the Mughal emperor Babur. The Babri Masjid was called Masjid-i-Janmasthan ("mosque of the birthplace")  The  mosque was built up in 923 A.H. under the patronage of Sayyid Musa Ashiqan in the Janmasthan temple in Faizabad-Avadh, which was a great place of (worship) and capital of Rama’s father" the Janmasthan temple "was destroyed by Babur and replaced by a mosque." 

 Several other sites, including places in other Before the 1940s, Afghanistan, and Nepal, have been proposed as birthplaces of Rama.

Ram mandir was a dream of all Indians, which going to come true within some period of time, great efforts by "Modi government"  bhoomi pujan evening become" Diwali" in India, all people decorated n lighted multiple diyas at their houses, it's a historical victory of us,

Tourism sector will increase –

Uttar Pradesh receives around 28 crore tourists annually. In terms of domestic tourists, UP is currently at number two in the country, while foreign tourists are at number three. After the construction of Ram temple, tourism in Ayodhya can increase in terms of global tourism. It is expected that on the basis of Ayodhya, the birthplace of Lord Rama, UP tourism will soon get the title of Nabar One in the country. It is to be noted here that increasing tourism will positively impact Ayodhya’s income and employment of people.
